The staff at New Sound have always been kind, efficient & helpful whenever I had trouble with my hearing aides. Recently it was discovered that my insurance would pay for a new pair, but I was able to have my old pair and charger checked, as well. I felt that the ladies went above & beyond their call of duty!🥰
